OMG we have come from Sydney and have just met Jo from Darling Dal. What an absolute treat. We had lunch there whilst eating her Dal of the Day which happened to be Cornish Pastie with no pastry in sight. We sat in her little shop and listened to her talk about her passion for cooking Dal, organic spices and blends, organic teas and her incredible knowledge of good nutrition. Thank you Jo for a wonderful experience we absolutely adored our time with you. Footnote: we have bought Dal and lots of spices and blends to take home with us to try and cook Dal at home.Happy Cooking!!
